At my time they needed an engineer as soon as possible. So I had 1 technical interview. and that was it. I went there and set with the manager and we had almost 45 min of technical interview! I was asked about my projects, achievements and explanation about the projects I worked on

Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a call, which happened a week later due to the busy schedule of the recruiter. The interview was short and went well. I was told that he would get back to me by end of week to let me know if we will be proceeding. I had to contact the recruiter the next week to find out if they would like to continue, the recruiter replied with a one sentence email saying hes waiting on the hiring manger who is on vacation. A follow up at the end of the second week resulted in no reply. As many other have mentioned here, the recruiter is unprofessional and shows lack of respect to potential interviewees. The doesn't bode well for the image of the company and burns bridges unnecessary. Advice to management would be to read the reviews on here and take action to fix it
