      Customer Service Operator Interview

      Sep 14, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ricoh (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2011

      Interview

The interview was fairly painless, it lasted for about thirty minutes. We had a simple discussion about my work experience, my skill set and my education. We discussed the job that was available and what my responsibilities were and what was expected. The job was pretty simple so there wasn't much to go in too much detail over.
