The entire process took over 2 weeks involving a phone screen, aptitude test (conducted by a 3rd party), two rounds of interviews, and a background check (conducted by 3rd party). The group interview consisted of the project manager and a peer, where they looked through work samples and asked questions about how I dealt with conflict, difficult personalities and so on.
