      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh

      Interview

Applied for a job at Ricoh-usa.com. After a week, I got a call back for a phone interview. The person on the phone was very polite and professional. He briefly explained about the job and the base salary and I had to do a personality test after the phone interview. This personality test was about a hour long. A week later, I was scheduled for a in-person interview. It was a group interview and the managers asked a few questions. The interviewer was very friendly and professional. They were pretty much a basic questions like why do you want to work at Ricoh? What do you know about Ricoh? 3 days later, I got a call back for a ride day. One of the rep there takes you out and shows what their daily life is. And asks if you still want to work at Ricoh. A week later, I went for an interview with the district VP. Nothing hard. I heard some people had to present themselves using powerpoint but I didn't had to do any of that. And after 2 weeks, I got the job offer.
