Interview
Started with networking and lead to a very pleasant phone interview. From their I had one in person interview with the district manager. Very easy process just show that you can think and have a drive for success. That's really all it took. You should ask everything that you can think of in order to discover what you are really getting into. They will likely sugarcoat the position and the company. Do you homework and ask your questions.

Interview
Two interview process. Last interview is a four hour field ride. At that point they want to see if you are going to complain because the position is physically demanding. That is also when they are going to ask you if you have any concerns or questions about the job.
