The process to apply for a role with Ricoh Australia was fairly standard. After the application, candidates were chosen and interviewed by the hiring manager. The day after the interview I received a brief email indication that my application was not successful. A week later, after we had our second son, I followed up with the hiring manager on some feedback as to why they went with other candidates and was told the email was a mistake by HR! I went through some onerous (on the referees) reference checks and an second meet and greet interview with the sales manager as well. Was then offered the role.

Interview
All one on one. First with Portfolio Product Manager. A week later it was the Marketing Ops Manager. Then finally an informal culture session with the VP of Marketing 5 days later.

Phone screening with Human Resources checking background information and fit for position. Next there was an in person interview with several managers. Finally there was a discussion with the hiring manager.
