I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rhone (CT) (Stamford, CT) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process started off strong, as I was reached out to via LinkedIn, with a quick turnaround after the initial outreach and a positive first conversation. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager and learn more about the role during an in-person interview, which I traveled to from NYC the week after my initial screening and went well.
However, communication after the interview was slow and unclear. There was a gap of several weeks without updates, even after following up. The final rejection email also appeared to be a generic template and did not include my name, which felt especially impersonal given that I previously worked for the company for nearly a year.
Overall, while the interview itself was a good experience, the lack of timely and personalized communication afterward left a less positive impression of the process.
In person interviews set up for 2 interviews back to back. One was great and the other was extremely casual. It felt like they were in a huge rush to hire even though it was a newly created role.
The interview was a very engaging video call with the interviewer getting to learn more about me and for me to get a better understanding of the role. I learned a lot about the daily duties and company benefits as well.
