Rhodes College interview questions

I had a short interview on Zoom and then an in-person interview for a day with the assistant directors of athletics and the athletic director. Then, I met with the head coaches and some other staff to do other interviews.

First had an interview on zoom that lasted about 30 minutes. I was invited for my second interview, for which I had to create a 30 min powerpoint on a top of my choosing. I was there for the 2nd interview for about 3 hours, where I was asked about 25-35 questions, some of which were already asked in my first interview. Salary was incredibly low for the job, and I got a rejection letter the next day, which makes me think they already knew who they were hiring and just strung me along.
