Incredibly long, for no actual reason. Assessments and interviews (of which there were 4 and 3, respectively) would be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. They would then "confer with the hiring team" and get back to you Wednesday or Thursday to schedule the next step for the following week. This 7-week process is just to GET to the 4-month training program in Houston, which is followed by another 4 months of training with the installation team, and another 4 months training with the training team. While I understand the desire to "find the right candidate", when you have a year-long training program, you can afford to take less than 2 months to determine if an applicant is worth pursuing or not.
The recruiters I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The manager I spoke with late in the process was incredibly awkward and frequently had to interrupt the interview to confer with her list of questions. She clearly had no interview ability and was not exactly a reassuring face to put forward to a potential employee.
