I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2011
Interview
About a week after I applied, I received an email asking to do a Skype interview. During the interview, we discussed things such as salary, location, and job description. It took about 20 minutes. About 2 weeks later, I received a phone call asking if I could do a face to face interview at the Dayton location. I agreed and 3 days later I had my interview.
The interview consisted of taking an hour long IQ test, a tour of the facilities, and an interview with one of the managers discussing my experience. It was very laid back and informal, and so I really enjoyed it.
I was told I would hear back from them in the next couple of days. I have yet to hear back from them, but hopefully I will soon.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
