The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Apr 2011
Interview
The first interview was with an HR representative and it lasted from 1-1.5 hours. She asked some questions that I wasn't particularly ready for such as what my personal goals are within the next 5 years, how I came up with my desired salary, and why I want to live in Houston. The next two interviews were with a Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Director. Both of them basically just went down my resume and asked me about my college and extracaricular activities. The questions from these interviews were almost exactly the same (a lot of overlap) and they were very straight forward and easy. I didn't get the job offer though and am not sure why because all I got was an automated email basically saying "thanks for your time, but we will not be extending an offer."

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
