Interview process could be described as intense. There was a quiz that was challenging but I think designed that way for good reason. Once the quiz was over I met with a recruiter that suggested a position other than my original applied position. They described the position as more suitable for my experience and earnings expectations. Unfortunately the offer was significantly lower than the market for the position duties.

Quick call by the HR asking basic behavioral questions and telling about the role and the team. No specific technical questions were asked. It was more of the interviewer speaking than asking questions from me
Long and not worth it. Would not recommend. Felt like a massive waste of time. Interviewer was also late and came off as pushy. In the end the ghosted me after the assessment.

The interview process was very easy and smooth. Highmy experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
