The interview process at Reynolds was quite horrible. Not only was it long (nearly two months), but it consisted of repeated visits to the campus. Most of the interviews were short, but you spent a lot of time waiting on the interviewer. Amount other things, the experience included: -incredibly lengthy -lots of proficiency tests -attitude test -drug test -4 interviews over two months -skills test -lots of phone calls
