I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Jan 2019
Interview
The process took over a month, starting with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by Skype interviews with the recruiter and department manager. That was followed by a proctored assessment from home (they watched me take the assessment via skype). A phone interview with the department supervisor soon followed. During each interview, they would mix up the job titles, one day saying I was interviewing for marketing representative and marketing analyst the next. After a month of contact consisting of four interviews, two assessments, and a few very detailed forms, I received an automated rejection email, which is weird and impersonal at that stage of the process.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
