I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Filled in their long online test. First at home and then at the testing center. Each of them took around two hours. Then was interviewed over Skype. They seemed very interested in the interview and said they'd get back to me about further interviews. That never happened and got an auto-reply two weeks later. When I asked them how the tests mattered, they said it was only applicable to employees when looking at role allocation (basically, didn't affect the hiring process!)
2 hour assessment into an automated email rejection. No formal interview. What a waste of my time. Two personality tests and another test. Not a fan of this. Would not recommend this either.

Interview
I started with an online assessment and went into the office for the first interview with the recruiter, followed by 2 more rounds of interviews with the team and VP.

Interview
Applied via job board. Received email a week later saying I needed to complete an online bio and assessment which required re-entering all of the information you put in your application all over again, along with some very unorthodox questions for such a high-level position (that of an entry level McDonalds job). The bio and assessment take about 1 hours to complete filled with random math and word problems. Definitely a turn off since I already had offers from other companies, so I did not complete the assessment. The process seems completely unnecessary and convoluted.
