You are first sent an automated message asking you to attend a brief 15 minute interview. After this interview, you are asked to do an IQ test. After passing the IQ test, they do a 'teeth check' on you where you present yourself in a Skype call. It is brief and mostly just to check your appearance.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.
