I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
I was contacted very quickly after I applied, even though I am a college student applying for an internship to start in 4 months. They did a phone screening including asking if I smoke (they are nicotine free on and off the job) and some other general credentials. After passing the phone screening, I was asked to complete some online tests. They were general personality and intelligence tests. They were not hard.
The next step was to go in to their closest office (which was nice, since I'm applying for a job 100 miles from here), and take some more tests. They were mostly algebra based. I then got an interview with one of the recruiters. He asked me about my job history, explain some things, etc. Everything was very normal interview questions. After his interview I was asked to fill out their "Long-Form Application". This was an open ended application asking more about who I am and what I enjoy doing. They are a very conservative office, so I'm sure part of it was making sure that I would fit in to their environment.
My final step on this day was to interview with the office manager. I was applying for an HR postion, but was also interested in some sales positions they had available. I discussed with him why I enjoy sales, etc. He asked the more probing questions than the first interviewer.
All in all, the process took 2 hours.

Question 1
Very normal questions; hardest was "strengths/weaknesses"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Feb 2023
Interview
Were very optimistic all three interviews and was told I would be sent an offer only later to get called and say top management (who I did not meet with) chose someone else
