I was sent an automated email after applying for the position and was required to complete a 3+ hour online screen prior to advancing. This resulted in another automated email to regretfully inform me that they've decided to proceed with other candidates.

3+ hour screener of personality questions, reasoning skills, mathematical word problems just for a sales gig. Totally dated and intrusive process

I went through multiple rounds and was essentially ghosted. I expected more of a professional ethos from a company of this size. I was told I would meet with the VP of sales within a week and then nothing.

Interview
Interviewed with recruiter and hiring manager. There were going to be a couple more steps following that but didn't make it that far. During the interview with the hiring manager, a few questions that are no longer allowed to be asked were.
This company will lose a substantial amount of quality candidates due to their laughable testing. These answers can be found on Google and are relatively easy, however, they do not relate to the position and I found some of them outdated and potentially lawsuit worthy.
