I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
Online assessment that has nothing to do with software development.
Passed and then invited to an on-site, where you are expected to take the same online assessment and get have a 1-on-1 with a non-engineer.
Decided not to go forward with the process after hearing the scatching reviews on Glassdoor, as well as the red flag interview process.

Interview
First there was a interview with HR about basic background: past jobs, why you chose your major, clubs/extracirriculars, strengths & weaknesses. Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

Interview
I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
