I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
I just couldn't get past the ridiculous pre-testing process! I mean, I get personality tests but these were just weird questions like 'Where did Princess Diana die?" I submitted an online application and I didn't get a response for 20 days! I was told I had 2 days to complete the pre-testing process before we could move on.

Question 1
Do you think education is more important than experience?
Process begins with a logical assessment and a personality assessment. If you get past the logical assessment (which is where many people get cut), you’re brought in for interviews. The interviews are pretty easy.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
