I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
An email was sent by the recruiting coordinator about coming in, but needed to complete their "assessment" prior. It took an 1 hour to complete their personality assessment from home. The face-to-face was scheduled, when arrived I was informed there was another assessment to complete, this one was math strong, no calculator, oh and no phone in "testing room". I am not a math strong person, I have a masters degree with an English background. It took an hour to complete, then I thought I was going to meet with one who emailed and coordinated, but no, will be contacted 3 -5 business days.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2022
Interview
After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2017
Interview
Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
