I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
Started out with what they called a "personality test" but was actually a pretty intense online test. Definitely math based so prepare for that. Then got a Skype interview. Skype interviewer was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Interview questions were generic interview questions. Emailed me a few days later telling me they would not be continuing with my application.

Q: Describe your strengths and weaknesses
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Austin, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
They interview on skype and make you take an aptitude test. The application took a couple of days for the recruiter to get back to be. In addition, the interview was short and concise.
After reading all of the negative feedback about the interview process, I decided not to take the assessment tests. The company itself seems rather creepy in how they contact potential candidates. I never responded to my email to take the test and they emailed me and called me to ask me to take the test. I get a cultish, conformist vibe and not about that.
