Interview went well. It was one hour of talking about my resume and how the company operates. Overall it was a positive experience. Interviewer was friendly. It was the first round after the HR round and it was not super technical and more about getting to know me.

Recruiter call for brief work history. Short technical test that included multiple languages for backend or full stack role. Included system design questions for service and microservice architectures. Hiring manager interview included questions on cross-functional experience and project successes/failures.

Question 1
Design a theoretical service using a service architecture pattern. Design the same theoretical service using a microservice pattern.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RevolutionParts (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Onsite interview. Five 1 on 1 sessions. Each session ~40 min long. Mostly coding and design questions. Started with a simple question and followed up with increasing difficulty questions. Asked about prior employments and experience.
