Question 1
Problem Solving - Standard consulting case study. Important to break down each step into mini steps and not ignore any data. My case study was regarding the HR tiring process and now to reduce the time to hire and the conversion %
Culture Fit - Behavioral style questions with focus on biggest accomplishments and failure for each step of your career
Team Fit - Interviews with multiple teams until the right fit is found. Comprises of anything from knowledge check to Mini Problem solving. For e.g. asked how to handle a evacuation during a zombie apocalypse
The initial interview was with HR to learn more about the role and the company, and understand if it was a good fit. I was then sent a data-heavy take home task to test my analysis and SQL skills.
