Recruiter initially contacted me via LinkedIn then on Phone. Took me through the company, what they were working on etc..very professional and helpful. I had a phone interview with someone very young but had a title Head of something. Interviewer was 10 mins late, no apology and acted very entitled so that I felt like I am wasting his time. Easy interview but questions were rushed, vague and unstructured but very easy. No questions were related to Product Management skills and he was not quite sure what he was looking for in terms of skillset. I asked if he ever has been a Product Manager in his career, to which he replied "Yes I used to lead product management" - and this cracked me up. I bursted into laughter and decided I am never getting into this toxic place. Inexperienced and unskilled candidates leading and also recruiting is not a great sign.
