They contacted me for the position. I got a first phone screen interview. Everything was finde. Then they asked me to complete a 4h test on Hackerrank. The test was not really clear, just one question and a long excel with data, not really structured. Simoly asking to analyse the data, and think actions to solve the problem. No information regarding company goals or kpis to look at to take decisions. You can think about nactions but will depend on the company goals. Big waste of time at the beggining of the process. Then sent me an email saying my document was not showing the result they expected. No details of what they were looking for or what it was expected. I think is a big disrespect to ask a candidate to invest 4h of their time early in the process and then just get an email with no explanation. Really disappointed with the company.
