I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Kraków)
Interview
After the application it takes around 2 weeks to hear from the company. If accepted the first step is, in a limited time, replying to real client's inquiries( around 3 to 4 ) and at last you have a typing speed test which you'll have to copy paste the link on the same website.
You'll receive a PDF file for the foreign language test, also with client's inquiries. You'll be told to answer as soon as possible but would be more fair if they tell you " to reply, we'll take as long as possible" because there's no feedback nor instructions on how to reply to the foreign language PDF inquiries.
After this you'll receive a phone call (might be difficult to hear/ understand) and they'll give you the day and time of the (gmail hangout )video call interview with the HR (without consulting you )(confirmation sent by email ). The HR will give a fast vague image of revolut and move to a test similar to the one completed first, you'll chat with the HR for that and at last you'll be asked the typical questions for this role.
Don't make the mistake of saying you completed the foreign language test because that one is (most likely) ignored and (probably) you are suppose to be interviewed on a foreign language aswell. I'm not sure about that because I was only interviewed in English which is quite sad...
I wasn't lucky or was considered a bad revoluter but I wish good luck for you.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How would you explain to an elderly about revolut?
Absolutely toxic, manipulative questions, in a rush and looking at you as if you are a bulleted list with KPI numbers, not a person with a specific experience, mindset and values. The interviewer was bombarding me with questions, and interrupting after 10 seconds to proceed with the next one. Overall the process lasted over 2 months, and I was ghosted for 3 weeks after the final interview before being sent the rejection email. After reading employee reviews I sigh with a relief ;)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If your manager was asked to rate you from 1 to 10, how would they rate you?
Pretty good nice people nice supervisor interview was very easy, basic interview questions and need to have some idea how to assist the customers as it will be a role play
Wrong information provided, interview conducted by a TL who was more confused than I was. The whole thing was fast and I got an offer shortly after. The HR person was nice, but told me some stuff that later turned out to not be true
