Brief chat with hiring manager that lasted about 10 mins, completed a take home assignment that involved data analysis based on a problem that was relevant for the job posting, completed two in-person/video interviews with key stakeholders. Hiring manager gave me productive and useful feedback after first round interview.
Had I gone through to the final round, I would've spoken with VP of Operations. I was notified timely by HR that they had chosen another candidate whose background was more applicable to the role.

Resume walk through and relevant experience, with time for questions at the end. The problem was that the metrics they use to value current company is latest valuation, even if things like GAV are more relevant. It is exactly 30 minutes and they will cut you off during a sentence if it goes over a few seconds.
