Initial video interview to begin with.
This was followed by a written and open-ended case study where lots of data was provided - I had 1 week to answer and submit it.
After the case study was accepted there was an in-person interview with a Senior Operations Manager. I was rejected at this stage.

Interviewed for Senior Operations Manager in Dubai. Very pleasant experience — the talent acquisition team followed up consistently at every stage and prepped me before each step, making the whole process feel structured and well-managed. Everyone I interacted with was warm and genuinely open to sharing insights. What also stood out was meeting interviewers from different Revolut offices around the world, which reflects just how global the company truly is.
First, there is an SAT-style Math test to assess your analytical and problem-solving skills. Next, you'll engage with a recruiter who will provide an overview of the role and gauge your initial fit with the company. Following this, you will be given a MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive) case to solve, demonstrating your structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems. Finally, there is a cultural fit interview to evaluate how well your values

Seems quite elaborate, only to end up with no concrete feedback even if required specifically via email. Problem solving step is dumbly structured. Interviewer had 0 empathy and didn't speak English clearly.
