I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Had a total of five interviews and one home task. The first two interviews were more relaxed and we discussed the role, my previous experiences, my CV etc. The following interviews consisted of brain teasers, technical questions and what would you do in this situation type of question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to convince someone they were wrong about something?
Mostly technical. They have fleshed an excel spreadsheet with a light business case. Not very difficult to crack but limited time and strict supervisory (I was screen sharing) that makes it more challenging
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Zero exchange of CV or job spec. I agreed to a phone call as a courtesy to see if I even wanted to apply as thats how the recruiter described it would be and no mention of interview. This guy is straight up interviewing me was extremely rude when I pointed out the mis-communication I just disconnected. Stupid process and a waste of time.
Consists of 3 phases:
1) Online test with typical GMAT Questions
2) Solve Business Case related to a real problem that happened before in Revolut plus analyzing SQL code
3) Individual interview with Ops Manager
