I was rejected in the screening round itself in 2023 for not having a better structure, metrics and data-driven validations to my answer. I tried following STAR approach and stuck to it. I am not sure what sort of structure they expected.

Talent team reached out. Screening call arranged with the screener. 1 hour interview conducted. Result was shared couple of days later. Asked for feedback and received. Eventhough it was not accurate or made any sense.
The interview process consists of four rounds: an HR screening, a criteria-based assessment test, an interview with the Line Manager, and a final discussion with the Team Lead, all for a London-based role.

Hr Screening - Problem Solving - Home Task - 2 other fit ones I think. The process is clear and fast, the interviewers are mean, prepare yourself for this. Everyone I know who has applied has had a horrible experience.
