They are trying to attract more mature talent, but are still very much stuck in a young tech bro culture and attitude. After an initial screening, there was a case study type interview questions typical for junior consulting gigs where they are looking to check off boxes on toolkits named and used. After the interview there was no feedback, not even a rejection note from anyone and they just ghosted me despite them having reached out to me in the first place. Reflects very badly on their culture and people leadership imo.
