A recruiter reached out to me and asked me several base-level questions regarding my experience. She also didn't seem very interested in the conversation. Overall, not a good experience. Turned out to be a good thing, because I received a pretty great promotion a few months later at my current company. Lesson learned: don't turn your back on a good company.
