The interview process took more than a month. The recruiting team wasn't on the same page as the hiring team, so the thing that recruiting team told me to prepare wasn't helpful when presenting to the hiring team. Eventually recruiting team asked to have the final interview and said to meet before give an offer, but eventually turn down with delay respond. Overall a nightmare to me, and It's really shows how unorganised the company is.
