Rev has no respect for candidates' time. I was asked to give a 45 minute marketing presentation which took over 20 hours to research and prepare only to be told after the fact that they aren't ready for this type of marketing yet.
A few days later, I see that they reposted the remote marketing position to be hybrid in TX. This was a horrible interview experience that came off as Rev seeking free marketing advice.
Advice to Rev - Understand what you are looking for in a candidate and for your team before you start interviewing.
