Interview
Testing was extremely easy. The interview was a "dummy test" to make sure correct grammar and word usage could be maintained. They just wanted to make sure a level of correct English could be maintained.
Online application process - with a multiple choice questionnaire checking grammar skills. It was simple and straightforward for native capable english speakers. Then there was a trial transcription with multiple speakers. This required research on some words to get the correct spelling (eg place names). It was difficult to identify the different speakers due to the deliberately poor quality of the recording. No feed back given on what mistakes you made. You can reapply 3 months later if you fail.
