They have 3 interview process. First on the phone, next is via Zoom meeting and lastly the physical or one-on-one interview. They ask you to answer mathematical questions regarding insurance and let you draft an email to client.

Interview
The interview process is pretty standard as of any other financial planning institution. One round of interview with the financial advisers with standard questions. The advisers started with general questions such as "tell us about yourself", "describe your strengths and weaknesses", etc. They were asking more and more to understand as to how the candidate can be a good fit for their organization. Compensation was not discussed as a part of the process as that was handled by the recruiter.
