Quick and easy interview process. The first interview was with HR and the second was with the hiring manager. Both interviews went well. The interviewers were professional and asked the right types of questions. Typical interview questions were asked.

I had a positive initial interview with HR and was then moved to the second round with the hiring manager and a team colleague. Unfortunately, the second interview was a negative experience. The hiring manager took a call just 10 seconds into the interview, which felt very unprofessional and threw me off. Despite understanding that it's a startup, the interviewers seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic about interviewing me. After the interview, it took three weeks to hear back from them, and I did not receive any feedback despite sending multiple follow-up emails.
