My experience with the recruiter at Rethink First was disappointing. She arrived 10 minutes late to the interview and immediately made a snap judgment about my suitability for the position based on my age, which I found both surprising and unprofessional. Throughout the interview, she seemed disinterested in my responses and rushed through her questions. Overall, this interaction left me with a very negative impression of the company's hiring process.
