Question 1
Just the regular questions about previous experiences and salary expectations.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Retail Ecommerce Ventures
Interview
I did not like their interview process. They ended up ghosting me and did not get back to me even though I followed up a couple of times. It was a complete waste of my time. Overall, not impressed with their processes.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Retail Ecommerce Ventures in Jun 2021
Interview
1. They'll email you the link to a test (IQ test kinda thing)
2. They'll email you a few questions (where you're from, expected salary, etc) For the salary, your location is a factor as well.
3. They'll assign a writing task (in my case, writing a sales copy -- I wrote a few pieces of ad copy for one of their brands)
4. They'll ask you to record a video answering 3 interview questions
5. After they review everything, they'll get back to you (but in my case, I sent follow up emails. So you can send some too).
