Contacted by Administrative Assistant about 2 weeks later to set up an in-person interview. 1st interview was with 2 people not in the Implementations team (hiring manager was not avaialable). Interview was fairly informal and casual, more of a discussion about the job and my experience and methods to trim down the list of candidates. Was told during the interview that there were ~250 applicants and they would be in touch for a 2nd interview in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, a 2nd interview was requested. That interview was with the hiring manager and the CEO, who also invited me to sit in on a meeting with a vendor. Questions from the CEO indicated that they expect long hours. CEO also made a statement that indicated that he didn't pay up to market standards for someone of my experience and credentials, although he did indicate that the company offers above market insurance, but no 401k or any other financial benefits. Overall, the interview process was pleasant and the organization seems to be of a very friendly nature. I did not receive an offer...nor have I received a courtesy communication from this company to advise that they made an offer to another candidate...nor have I received a response from this company after following up with them 2 weeks after the 2nd interview.

Interview process was relatively quick. I met with 2 people and they seemed interested. Since the CEO had time, he met with me an hour later. I got an offer a week later. The company they used for the background check provided incomplete and false information. I was asked to get this cleared up before I could start. This process took almost 2 weeks. I was providing regular updates via email and phone calls. Once the issue was resolved, no one would return my calls or emails. I had already quit my last job so this put me in a pretty bad spot not having a paycheck for over a month. This was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation in my opinion.
