I applied online and it took almost 2 months to hear back to schedule a phone screening. The recruiter was not engaging at all and kept on saying "gotcha" or "definitely" to every response before quickly moving on to the next question. They brought up salary expectations and said they couldn't even match what I was making currently (low 60's) even though I have a masters and 3+ years of experience (the JD called for 1) because most SPAs come in with 4-7 years. The recruiter quickly ended the screening after that. Not sure how this organization stays competitive in the market, especially because they seem to be hiring overqualified candidates for earlier career positions.
