The interview process usually has multiple rounds (at least two). The questions themselves aren't hard once you understand that three things are most important: fit for the program's demographic, fit for the team you'll be joining, and willingness to be flexible with responsibilities. I highly recommend you do your research to prove that, at the very least, you would be a valuable asset to the community you are applying to serve.
