Residential Services (NC) interview questions

I spoke with a house manager to give them a sense of my previous experience with caretaking for individuals with IDDs. My interviewer was kind and caring when it came to discussing my background and potential for success as an intern with their company. They had me come in before accepting the job for a tour of the home and to meet the residents. After accepting the role, I went through a few online training courses and was drug tested for opiates.
