Interview
First, there will be an exam, If we pass then will be called for interviews.
The interviews will be held two rounds. One with a technical panel and the second with HR.
During the HR interview, the candidate will be asked to sign 2 years bond if the candidate is an intern.

Interview
They will give you a 3hr long paper on first day base on IQ,Core java, Struts framework, and your communication skills. The next was a interview with management level where they discuss technical things as well as your personnel goals and they tend to understand your personality. Next is a HR interview.
