Republic Finance LLC interview questions

I had my interview with the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager (RM). The interview was straight forward. RM asked me a few questions about my background. Along with asking if I was comfortable with sales. I never did sales before, but I wish they would have given me a chance to prove myself. Sadly, I was not selected.

The interview process was straightforward and included three stages. It began with an initial screening conversation, followed by a second interview with the branch manager. If selected to move forward, the final round was conducted with the Regional Vice President for that branch.
