The interview process was excellent from start to finish. It was highly professional while still feeling welcoming and personal, which made the whole experience very positive. Jason and Romana were brilliant throughout the journey they were supportive, communicative, and made me feel comfortable at every stage. Their professionalism, combined with their genuine and approachable manner, made the entire interview experience both enjoyable and reassuring.

Interview
The interview process it's long and a bit exhausting and I don't think it's so necessary for the position. First Interview with recruitment company. Second stage - Psychometric tests. Third stage - a PowerPoint presentation to the Line Manager and Regional Manager. Final interview - with Line Manager.
