The process was very smooth and I enjoyed speaking with all the members of the team. They asked interesting questions that made it easy to have a genuine conversation with them.

What skills do you think are important in a role like this?
Interview process went very quickly. Hiring manager asked for a phone call interview, and then the next day asked to come in to meet the team. I sat down and talked with 4 people from the mechanical engineering department mainly about my projects and why I wanted the internship.

Interview
First, a phone interview, then a Skype interview with my future boss and another engineer. On the phone general logistics of setting up the skype interview were asked as well as questions regarding my resume.
