I was approached by a head hunter that found my resume on workopolis.com. After reviewing the job description that he had sent me, I decided to proceed with the rest of the process and asked him to submit my candidacy. First interview was scheduled with the HR manager, Hiring Manager, and the current Sr. Systems Admin at that time. There wasn't a whole lof of questions being thrown at me as my answers were throughal and contained more information then what was being asked of me. That helped me knock off some of the other questions that were on the list. In about 20 minutes I was able to describe my academical and work experience along with hobbies and interests. Last interview was a formality and played no major role in decision making. The COO always looks at the new potential candidate.
