I had a brief video call with HR. I was then asked to send my availability for an in person interview. After sending my availability, I was completely ghosted and got no response from the recruiter. I’ve been received a phone call from another recruiter about the position and was ghosted a second time.

Easy and transparent process! I had a phone screen with the recruiter who had a strong understanding of what the hiring manager was looking for, quickly followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring manager. Third step was a leadership panel, and the final was with the VP. I loved every conversation, everyone I met genuinely love working for the organization and celebrated bringing external skillsets and points of view into the company.
Overall, the process took about a month which felt like the right speed considering four rounds.

I had a phone interview, which I thought went very well, but I got an email back a few days later saying they went with other applicants. The phone interview was a very simple call asking about my background and if my experienced matched with what they were looking for.
